New Spork City is the fictional city in which I set my resources for EFL teachers. Sometimes it’s boringly mundane and other times it’s strangely absurd. I created the stories because I realized I wanted something like this for my students. Maybe you want it, too.
I did my best to assign various ‘levels’ to the stories. The easiest to read are those from the O’Malley family and they cover routine family situations that everyone knows. The next level of difficulty are the stories from Carmen, which cover one person’s work and social life. Finally, the most difficult stories planned right now will be the stories about Henry and his startup.
